WIDE-LP is making numerous changes in programming for the new year as follows:
Democracy Now! is moving from 10 am to 9 am on weekdays and the morning Wider Horizons series is moving from 9 am to 10 am.
The Monday morning Crime Alert will move from just before 9 am to an evening spot just before 5 pm.
The Mon. 6 pm Moyers & Company Archives will be replaced with Bill Moyers in Conversation (from 2016).
The Saturday CounterSpin broadcast will move from 12:30 pm to 9 am and may be followed by a Wisconsin News Connection story repeated from a preceding weeknight.
Tuesday morning time for The View From Here will move from 9:55 to 10:55 am.
The Thursday 5:45 pm Skeptoid broadcast will move to Friday at 5:45 pm and the Saturday rebroadcast time will change from 12:15 pm to 9:30 am.
The Saturday Organize Your Ears music hour will move from 10 am to noon.
The Best of Talk on Saturday will move from 9 am to 10 am.
Voices for Religious Pluralism (morning and evening) will move from Wednesday to Thursday.
Freethought Radio (morning and evening) will move from Thursday to Friday.
Science for the People (morning and evening) will move from Friday to Wednesday.
The Sunday repeat of Progressive Voices will move from noon to 10 am.
The Sunday repeat of Wisconsin Democracy Report will move from 1 pm to noon. Instead of every Sunday at 4:30 pm eLife will be broadcast alternate Tuesdays at 4 pm in place of Health Science. The week's Featured 'til 5 music will start on Sunday at 4:30, continuing Mon. to Fri. as before. The broadcast of older Radio Curious programs will be discontinued on Tuesdays at 6 pm. Instead in that time slot we will air a repeat of the Sea Change Radio program first broadcast on Saturday at 4 pm.
Conatus News, a new podcast from England, will be broadcast Sundays at 6 pm.
